In my opinion Chuck Hauge, who is the best technical support person I have encountered in the 31 years that I have owned a variety of computers. I asked Chuck to help me buy and set up a new system, networking my old computer and the new one, including all my peripherals. During the complex process of finding solutions to the challenge of the necessary adapters, hub, cables, etc. I found Chuck to be extremely knowledgeable and creative, as he listened thoughtfully to my concerns, and provided his expertise which resulted in a fully functioning, virtually trouble-free computer system for my home office. His best quality, in my opinion, is the way he clearly explains everything, so that I am able to participate in this problem-solving process, and become more knowledgeable and independent. Sincerely, Rhoda P. Erhardt, MS, OTR/L, FAOTA |
In my position as Director of Information Technology for the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, I worked closely with Chuck in his capacity as Business Systems Analyst for the Carlson School Full Time MBA Program. During that period he proved himself invaluable to the Carlson School. Chuck led projects that have effectively leveraged information technology to support critical activities such as MBA student recruitment, the application process, and student tracking. He was actively involved in overall information technology planning and critical activities such as the implementation of a laptop requirement for MBA students. Chuck is a proven leader. His professionalism, project management skills, and commitment to quality, have been instrumental in the successful completion of the projects in which he has been involved. Chuck has earned the respect of the users with whom he works, the development and other technical staff, and the leadership oft he school. His opinions are sought out, and I relied heavily on his recommendations regarding decisions relating to Carlson School MBA Program information technology needs. He understands what is required to succeed. Douglas C. Lund, Director, Information Technology |
